Genius gmbh expands its portfolio with a science advice unit at ADVICE PARTNERS

In July 2011, genius gmbh, the science and communications agency, began cooperating with ADVICE PARTNERS GmbH, a business consultancy firm for strategy and communications management.

It is a partnership based on synergies: Genius is adding to the ADVICE PARTNERS consultancy portfolio by contributing its expertise in the areas of scientific communication and technical PR for industry, politics and the general public, as well as in the areas of dialogue and research. Genius will run a Science Advice unit, which will complement the four existing ADVICE PARTNERS units: Policy Advice, Crisis Advice, Social Media Advice and Change Advice.

“By combining the know-how of Advice Partners and Genius, we can successfully communicate complex specialist subjects at the interface of risk, crisis and organisational change,” explains Prof. Dr. Kristina Sinemus, Managing Director of genius gmbh. “The collaboration will significantly expand our service portfolio, which will be of particular benefit to our customers.” With a joint network of locations in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Darmstadt, and international offices in Brussels, Paris, Vienna, Warsaw and London, the consultancy service will cover a broad geographical area as well as a wide range of subject areas.

ADVICE PARTNERS were previously active under the name PRGS as a business consultancy firm for policy and crisis management. The change of name to ADVICE PARTNERS GmbH on 1 July 2011 reflects the new partnership.
